Return & Cancellation Policy
At Twacharas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
Eligible Return Conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The return request is raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or opened products
Personal care or hygiene products (for safety reasons)
Items purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts (unless damaged or defective)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Order ID
Clear images/videos of the product showing the issue
Reason for return
Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back to us.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Methods:
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
Refund Timeframe:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, email us or call our support team with your Order ID.
Order Cancellation by Twacharas:
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
Unavailability of the product
Errors in pricing or product information
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
You will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
