Return & Cancellation Policy

At Twacharas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care in delivering high-quality products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Conditions:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Used or opened products

  • Personal care or hygiene products (for safety reasons)

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or with promotional discounts (unless damaged or defective)


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at care@twacharas.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8839639793 with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images/videos of the product showing the issue

    • Reason for return

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup or request you to ship the product back to us.


3. Refund Policy

Refund Methods:
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

Refund Timeframe:
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer:
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel, email us or call our support team with your Order ID.

Order Cancellation by Twacharas:

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Unavailability of the product

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

You will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
